We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We did have an issue with the refrigerator, but Beachball promptly worked with us to resolve that.

Karen Kirchner June 15, 2026 5/5 A good time was had by all

The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The spacious kitchen island and the huge dining table gave us all the room we needed for eating, card games and the many frustrating jigsaw puzzles.

Kelly Ramanauskas April 20, 2026 5/5 5 Stars

This condo was everything they said plus ! It was the perfect location and for a 5br it was super spacious. We will definitely be reserving this one for all of our stays in OBA

Nicole Lloyd April 17, 2026 5/5 Fantastic family vacation n

Our family of 11 had a fantastic stay at Beachball Phoenix. Where do I start?! The incredible views, giant kitchen and living room to gather and spend time cooking and playing, the immaculate bedrooms with balcony access, or the pool and hot tubs. This condo was an amazing space for our large group giving us plenty of space and comfort. The easy access to the beautiful beach was the cherry on top. It was very clean and the perfect space. We will definitely be back!

Koren Jenkins Purvis December 29, 2025 5/5 Wonderful holiday retreat

Multigenerational family Christmas vacation. The home was perfect and met all of our needs. Property management was very responsive to questions and concerns. Very spacious and clean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Located close to everything. Nothing bad to say! We will definitely be coming back.

Night 1 slept in original rental, it was nice and right in the middle of everything OB! Next morning woke up to some mishaps downstairs with the plumbing. Called the office and by lunchtime they had two options ready. They also treated us to lunch at Tacky Jacks while they got the new Crib ready. Will rent again.
